Actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger strode onto the international political stage Thursday in the self-cast role of global peacemaker, telling told Russia’s President Vladimir Putin to back off and abandon his war in Ukraine.
“Ukraine did not start this war,” the Terminator star said in a direct message to the people of Russia and its leader.

Yes he was- and Arnold talks about it in this video.I don’t think much of him and didn’t agree with some of his points but he was sincere.
