I wonder where that 14 billion we just gave Ukraine is really going. Besides the 10% for the big guy.
I wonder what percent of these weapon shipments are resold elsewhere. Prices on the black market must be crashing
Considering that the bill that has the “Ukrainian aid” in was just signed eight days ago I doubt any of that has been obligated.
And the majority of the spending does not even go to Ukraine, let alone as direct cash...

Much of the rest is for humanitarian and economic assistance, strengthening regional allies’ defenses and protecting their energy supplies and cybersecurity needs.”
Its too bad that we don’t audit expenditures with the same enthusiasm that we spend them.
