So if it’s completely ignorable, those provisions about sovereignty and borders just by calling it a “military operation” rather than an invasion, then it makes sense for US and the Europeans to conduct our own “military operation” towards sovereignty as outlined in that agreement — we just don’t call it an invasion like how Pootypoot did.
