You're right. Elon Musk also supported Canadian Truckers...
pretty much guarantees twatter can’t ban musk ... bet they’re already busying adding an “except musk” line to their censorship algorithms ...
Passive and Active are SEC designations for ownership of large blocks, as I understand it - there are specific rules for each category
You need 10% to automatically get a seat.
He's almost there.
He’s almost there.

Yes, but as small as that seems, its a big step - as Musk will have to formally declare his intentions to the FTC.
Maybe you're right, he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who can take big steps.
It’s speculation. But not a far fetched one in light of the Gamestop stock actions by various Reddit and 4Chan groups.
It is not farfetched to think that a coalition of the unwoke wouldn’t invest $100-$1000 bucks to stick it to the woke.
For all we know, Musk has already formed an inside group of like minded millionaires/billionaires whose smaller purchases aren’t making the news because they aren’t part of the permanent news cycle.
Like I said, it will be an interesting week at Twitter because this big buy in could be the beginning of a hostile takeover. The big institutional players own just over 30% so there is a lot of small portfolio owners out there.
Are any journalists combing through recent SEC filings to see who else has made any significant Twitter purchases in the last month or two? (probably not, because they are mostly sock puppets these days).
In fact, who tipped the media off to the SEC filing in the first place?
Opening move:
Make the “king” (Dorsey) look like a bit player.
I like it.
LOL
We’ll have to do it, but it’s better to have him on our side.
I already thought Elon was great, but if this keeps up he might be the greatest person in history.
Aww, I looked at the thread and this guy does satire as a living. :(
Good satire is based on reality.
Jackson Mulholland is a bigot and bully who strips away free speech. Good riddance. Thanks markomalley.
“Putting a former politico in charge rather than an uber nerd was his big mistake.”
Oh for heaven’s sake. You know Nunes has hired tech nerds up the wazoo. Nunes with his political experience can navigate all of the political, regulatory, rules and political pitfalls part of getting Truth Social going, whereas all the tech nerds he hires take care of the other end of the spectrum.
Truth Social will soon be up and running and all the naysayers can than officially stuff it. So sick of the constant dribble and attacks; just stay off Trump’s platform when its up and running, and that will happen sooner than you think. Don’t need whiners on Truth Social.
>> Trump’s company sucks.
Trump’s about iron and cement. And seemingly gullible regarding ‘experts’ in the other areas.
I’ve had the app for months without a pulse. And that’s ridiculous. There’s relatively low overhead to providing some type of feedback.
If Nunes is responsible for the launch, he’s failing.
