So, two (2) of the men were masquerading as Homeland Security agents.
And they were placed on administrative leave????
That sounds like something out of the Babylon Bee.

Early in 2020, US authorized ‘termination’ of that Iranian General in Syria (Qassim Suleimani). Iran got all peeved about that. I think they plotted this out and went to hire a couple of Pakistani Intelligence guys for a infiltration mission.
These two guys got visas (that needs to be explain who signed them off), walked into DC, and got themselves into fairly luxurious accommodations...showing lot of cash, but no real work.
For 18 months, they were building connections and probably building a ‘who-can-we-hit’ list.
For DC crowd...they can’t admit what happened or how things were that compromised. I think both will be deported within the next month, with no charges.
Funny thing is that the whole thing was brought down by a postal inspector...not the FBI or CIA.
