Restaurant and bar operators spent much of the pandemic pivoting to adhere to everchanging safety guidelines, adjusting business models and feeding their communities to keep the lights on amid staff shortages, regular recurring closures and reopenings, disruptions in the supply chain and cost increases from food to rent.

The average small business fails in 5 years or less. Joe Biden can do it in less than 2.

All kinds of new restaurants opening and thriving here in Jupiter. One local, independent bar/grill w/ live music is taking over an Outback location.

If you are in a good place, things will be fine. If not, well probably not.

The coming recession will put the final nail in the coffin of many small businesses that managed to stay open during the draconian lock-down measures enforced upon them by leftest governors and mayors. Many went into debt hoping to reap a reward once the “two weeks to stop the spread” and then the “just two more months” dictates finally went away. It’s been over two years, and many are just barely keeping their doors open. I predict many small business bankruptcies in the near future.

The Restaurants on the North Side of Chicago deserve it - They supported Mayor Lighthead 101%. in the last election. They completely caved on Face Masks and called the Police on people who refused to comply.

When the Vax mandate came out in Chicago the liberal Restaurant owners cheered it and had guards at the door checking for Vax papers. They all deserve to go bankrupt.

I saw many boarded-up establishments, especially restaurants, in affluent parts of Santa Clara County (Silicon Valley) in much under six months after the Ides of March 2020. Some were longtime businesses I used to patronize. The Enemedia refused to adequately expose this.
