From the past CCCP to the present CIS, and as well because the CCCP’s centralized structural “command & control” apparatus over society is still how most still live/survive/depend, a CONSERVATIVE in the Russian Federation (and it’s large 9 member, 22.5 million sq km subordinate CIS) is one who adheres to, and supports the socialist system.
Conversely, in the Russian Federation and subordinate CIS, a LIBERAL is one who does not support the central governments “command/control” system over economy, resources, and society.
