It doesn’t really matter since future elections will not be trusted. If the Democrats win the Republicans will claim it was due to voter fraud. If the Republicans win the the Democrats will claim it was due to voter suppression. Nothing is going to bring back faith in the process any time soon, if ever.

And that is the whole thing in a nutshell. How many committees are in operation to determine the legality of the process compared to the investigations of Trump and the citizens that questioned it??

They didn’t storm anything to keep Trump in power. They went into the Capital to protest the process they observed was fraudulent and Trump is being blamed (used) to be the “whipping boy” for the action of a lack of justice they have to keep hidden. If it had been anyone, it should have been questioned and it wasn’t until it was beyond the ability to do it.
But they also needed to make sure Trump couldn’t run again in 2024 and they would have to expose themselves even more to using the same process being questioned. So, Trump along with the people they are arresting, and trying, is replacing the process of investigation of the real problem while thousands of people are walking into the sunset accomplishing election fraud and organizing the biggest coup in US history.
The people reacted to the failure of the process. The politicians didn’t. The people reacted by doing what was needed to ceate the excuse to ignore the process failure. The politicians didn’t. And I mean both sides.
