False. History says the opposite. Take the election of 1960 for example. Today the facts are widely acknowledged that cheating went on and JFK was elected.
Cheating in election is NOT NEW. Most of it is done by democrats. Republicans can win national elections ONLY by exceeding the margin of cheating.
