It’s odd that no one is saying what his experience is with handling nuclear waste? You can have all the degrees in the world but if you don’t know what the heck you are doing then you don’t know Jack Shite.
This is a position overseeing nuclear waste. How about a successful Asian-Amercan STEM graduate? You know who they are; they are the guys and gals blackballed from Harvard and other higher educational institutions because Harvard already has "too many slants".
