How many times do you need to see it.
Right, the “rational republican” that preferred Gerald Ford over Ronald Reagan, and has worked to thwart any conservative candidate or initiative since, is eighty years old and in his final term, immune from the pressure of the people.
Along with the votes of the six retiring republicans (also immune from the pressure of the people). Add Romney, Collins and Murkowski (who likely knows she’s done).
They have to get this done before about eleven new republicans (who aren’t so “rational”) arrive in the Senate in January of next year.
I appreciate Biden giving his thanks and endorsement to the worst GOPe scumbag liars. It will make good advertisements for their opposition.
F’ you Brandon, you can have Mitch.
This only works if everyone complies, I am not going to comply to anything they do..others should not comply either. They do not have the cops or space to put everyone and if we whittle down their numbers they will be less inclined to do it.
How many times has Mitchee Poo and his merry band of flying UniParty monkeys snatched RAT defeat from the jaws of victory? How many??? Too darn many!!!
Mitch and his pretty boys need to be gone.
Rational Republican = Backstabbing RINO that sells out the base of his party.
A “wi” Republican I guess.
Mitch needs to have his family finances investigated. Like that’ll happen.
Screw the GOP , screw the midterms. With a Republican controlled Congress we will get MORE liberal BS!
And McConnell immediately put the spineless, fake Republican John Cornyn in charge of negotiating with the Democrats on gun control. Cornyn’s method of negotiating is to give Democrats everything they want and get nothing in return.
The Constitution says Mitch is limited too.

Whatever they come up with, do a trial run of it in Chicago. If it works there, then try it in the next worst city, etc. But do not regulate your crap in me, I’m not part of YOUR problem.
Democrats and RINOs pretend that laws infringing on gun rights can be implemented without changing the Constitution. But that’s a lie. They also know they don’t have anywhere near the votes needed for a Constitutional amendment that affects something of this nature.
However, I do suggest we need to begin a conversation about the future of guns because there is something monumental coming in the next few years that must be addressed:
AI controlled robots will be able to shoot guns. Anyone who does not find this terrifying really does not understand the implications. I know the idea sounds like popular science fiction, but remember that many sci-fi ideas have eventually become reality.
Imagine a world in which weaponized robots exist that can outgun any human in terms of speed and accuracy. They could turn any gun into what is essentially a fully automatic weapon. I believe AI controlled robots that can use guns is a greater existential threat to humanity than nuclear bombs. And that is very big.
While I have some ideas on how to mitigate risks, I have to admit I have very little confidence that any particular measure will be effective in keeping us safe.
