Wont take a lot to flip but we still need every seat possible.
Vote like we have to win 220 d seats
The more the merrier. There are a lot of Mitch muppets in the house who do his bidding.
“There are a lot of Mitch muppets “
Netter Mitch muppets than Pelosi Zombies.
Democrats are in danger of losing three congressional strongholds in South Texas
The June 14th election is just a primary election which will feature 2 Republicans and 2 Democrats all running against each other on the same ballot; not two separate primaries for R and D.
If nobody gets 50% of the vote — which nobody will unless that “surge” being reported for Flores is off the charts — there will be a runoff election between the top 2 vote-getters at a later date which apparently hasn’t been determined yet.
It would be funny if the top 2 finishers on the 14th were Republicans and both Democrats were eliminated, but that’s not going to happen. Democrats are probably furiously pressuring the #2 Democrat candidate (Coronado) to drop out and endorse the frontrunner (Sanchez) so as not to split the Rat vote. But even if that happens there’s still likely to be a runoff between Sanchez and Flores.

If this keeps up, Biden will close the border.
Yeah, when I examined the difference between Hillary 2016 and Biden 2020 in Texas, I noticed that The Texas Cheat shifted from the Texas border counties in 2016 to the counties around the big cities in 2020.
It was noticeable.

From what I can tell, this is a new (gerrymandered around Corpus Christi) district created after the 2010 reapportionment. It went 61-38 for Obama in 2012, 59-37 for Clinton in 2016, but 51-47 for Biden in 2020. It might be trending Republican now.
The incumbent Vela has been steadily slipping since being elected: won 61.89% in 2012, 59.47 in 2014, 62.67 in 2016, 59.99 in 2018, and 55.44 in 2020.
Vela had the same opponent in 2016, 2018, and 2020 (Rey Gonzalez Jr) who stayed flat at 37.33, 40.01, and 41.85 respectively.
I'd say that toss-up might be generous towards Republicans, but this is a border district (Brownsville), so who knows how the immigration crisis is affecting the locals?
The GOP is going to get so much mileage out of The Trump Presidency that they helped to deep six. They have put our country on the road to ruin. The GOP will just continue with the WEF/Reset agenda.
Plus she’s reasonably hot. So there’s that.
“If this keeps up, Biden will close the border.”
I have seen this sentiment often lately. Folks who really know Hispanics know that G-d, family, and a streak of conservatism makes up many folks outlook.
Since getting rid of 40 million illegals is probably not possible, it is likely that after fixing their diseases and educating them a bit, we may have a new crop of R voters. Not all of them of course as there are ‘gimmedats’ in every group but the new arrivals will be more inclined to work harder than some of the multi-generational locals.
It is TOTALLY possible. Deport a million and 20 million self deport.
No pics of the lady in question? This place is slipping.
