Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich called President Joe Biden the “second-worst” in the country’s history.
According to Gingrich, Biden is second to former President James Buchanan, who he blamed for getting the country into the Civil War.
“I think it’s important to remember, first of all, to be fair, Jimmy Carter was a disaster,” he said. “But he was a lot smarter and a lot more coherent than Joe Biden. Well, Carter, in the end, couldn’t solve the problems. He at least was there. You could imagine him as a naval academy graduate and a nuclear engineer from the submarine program. He was – he had a kind of competence even if he was incompetent. Biden has neither.”

If leading the country into civil war is the measure then I’d advise Gingrich to sit tight, Biden has two and a half more years.

I think Newt is wrong on this one. Biden is the worst President ever. The Civil War was kind of inevitable, Buchanan didn’t really cause it. But Biden is trying to cause strife in America to distract from his disastrous Presidency. It’s a double wammy.
Wilson gets my vote as #2.
Carter is moral Biden is not.
This is Obama’s third term, stolen, but still Obam’s third term.
Biden wasn’t even elected. Most corrupt is his first and overriding problem.
Carter was apparently a competent naval officer, but a spectacularly incompetent president.
Biden has NEVER IN HIS LIFE held an honest job. He’s a 100% corrupt, lying, cheating, stealing, adulterous, incompetent at anything politician. His long tenure as a senator is testimony only to his usefulness as a tool for his handlers.
Gingrich needs to step aside with his Conservative Inc pablum, and let MTJ & Matt Gaetz be the voice of the Biden Resistance.
Biden is doing what he is told to do by the Globalist/NWO, includes Obama. Joe was installed to continue Obama’s dream of destroying our country. They are doing a damn good job.

Gingrich is living in bipartisan 1995 which was too late even then to pretend, once the Clinton’s crawled out of Arkansas and took over completely
While some of Carter’s foreign policy was stupid (giving up control of the Panama canal, ect), I’ve always thought he was unfairly blamed for the economy. The inflationary conditions he inherited were the result of the US having to pay off the Vietnam war debt, and Carter bit the bullet and brought Volker onboard to do what was necessary to bring inflation under control. That was back in the day when deficits still made a difference and we weren’t kiting checks and continuing to increase the money supply like we’ve been doing for the last several decades.
Carter, like John Glenn, is evidence that Military Officer So-and-So is an entirely different person from Politician So-and-So. Their lives and legacies must be judged separately.
COL Glenn was a hero. Sen. Glenn was a scumbag. Same person? Only biologically.
