President Biden told attendees at a Democrat fundraiser Friday that one of the reasons he opposes armed teachers is because it is not easy to “blow someone’s brains out,” FOX News reports.
Biden said, “The idea we’re going to provide – the way to deal with gun safety is to provide teachers with guns in classrooms? There’s a reason why the military takes so long to train somebody. It’s not easy to pick up a rifle or a gun and blow somebody’s brains out.”

Both the male teachers I had in elementary school were WWII vets. I wonder how many are veterans these days? It would seem a waste to not take advantage of at least that segment of the education community?

My fourth grade teacher in Ithaca, NY was probably a WW II vet. He brooked ZERO nonsense from any students in that class.
Well... that only happens with a super caliber like a 9mm or something. Yep. I seen a man’s brain blown completely out his ear-hole with one of those.
But we were talking about arming teachers with .380. Something a little more reasonable. Sheesh Biden, get your head screwed on straight.
Me father first taught me how to use guns when I was 5 or 6 years old. In the 60 years since then I have never even pointed a gun at another human being. But I am fully prepared to blow someone’s brains out if I ever have to. Of course, I knowing how to use guns, I would far more likely fire 6 shots into their center mass.
And to bring the Military into the conversation with those "blow their brains out" mentality.
