Trump is hearing foot steps. Looks like he wants to go into attack mode. Not sure that approach will work with DeSantis, the way it did in the 2016 primary.

I don't trust this source at ALL.
But I have also heard that Mar-a-lago is going to be campaign HQ for 2024 so it makes sense that Trump would announce there. He does live in FL, after all.

I like DeSantis but I don’t think he has the level of business/economic experience Trump has or his negotiating prowess. The next president will have a huge domestic and international mess on his hands. Its going to take those types of skills/chops to lead us out of Biden’s mess. JMHO

Why don’t they just do Trump-DeSantis 2024 and if they win, give DeSantis some real power instead of just maintaining the VP position as largely ceremonial? Then you have DeSantis in 2028 and 2032.
