Mushroom clouds are common with any decent sized explosion. It’s when you heard of ‘bright whiteout flashes’ that are double pulsed that it’s guaranteed to be nuclear.

Last year there were several explosions and fires in China that looked like that. Usually chemical plants. (They’re not real big on safety.)

As high as that cloud is, and the leaves and crap on the bushes around there, I doubt it very much.

But then again, it hard to tell how far away that thing is.

Not only that, there doesnt seem to be the usual nasty looking fallout colors usually mixed into a nuclear blast at the stem.

There was an explosion in a slag pile at one of the steel mills near me a few weeks ago and it resulted in a mushroom cloud; not quite this big, though.
