Biden Apparently Thinks $5 Gas Isn't Painful Enough - His EPA Is Attacking America's Largest Oilfield

In case you were wondering whether the Biden administration could do anything more to cripple the U.S. fossil fuel industry, the answer is yes.

The Environmental Protection Agency is considering an “ozone violation designation” for portions of the Permian Basin, the largest oil field in the United States, according to Bloomberg News. The Permian Basin is located in West Texas and southeastern New Mexico.

In a letter to President Joe Biden on Monday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott warned that this action “could lead to skyrocketing prices at the pump by reducing production, increase the cost of that production, or do both.”

The Permian Basin, he informed the president, accounts for 25 percent of our nation’s gas supply — 95 million gallons per day — and 40 percent of all oil produced domestically.

Abbott emphasized that this decision was entirely discretionary and that Biden had the power to stop it.

Biden is a senile robot under the complete control of the radical Marxist globalist wing of his party. He does what they tell him to do.

Unlimited government always leads to shortages to replace high prices. So with Biden, instead of high prices for gas, there won't be any gas at all...

The Democrat Party serves only the Democrat Party.

*********

That may well be true. But how does rising prices of a source
such as this serve the Democrat Party? Are we now looking at
gasoline allotments for individuals/companies/industries, etc.?

If the EPA didn’t have the authority to justify their (lost) case in the Supreme Court this week, then they sure as —— don’t have the authority to do this.

This why people are wrong who think that Democrat donors and the DNC are disappointed in Biden. It’s intentional.

You can be sure that these agencies have been filled with the wokest of the woke, the most radical Leftists put in positions of power to implement their agenda. The deepstate doesn’t take a break, they are taking full advantage of their opportunity to complete the transformation/destruction of the country.

Texas has an Army National Guard with heavy weapons, and Air National Guard with Fighter Jets. Abbot needs to be prepared to call them up to protect this area from the Feds.

Can the States just ignore the Federal government, and do what they need to do?

This government is clearly working against the people.

Ever since the Libtards are feeling the pressure at the pump along with the rising cost of food. They are pissed and max at Biden.

The people and States should not comply and file lawsuits against the feds.

The courts are already packed and backed up. The feds do not have the time, the resources or the manpower to stop States that do not comply.

Reparations! Democraps need to be taxed at double the rate of real Americans, payback for all the pain and suffering they’ve caused over the last 100 years.

All the sophisticated weapons in the world mean absolutely nothing without fuel to power them and money to run them.

I hate to say this but if the United States has to go to war we neither have fuel nor money. Just debt.

And we are already in one proxy war, now China and Russia are having naval war games around Japan. Between those two countries they have mineral, energy and labor/manufacturing wealth. While our wealth is being actively destroyed and has been for years.

At some point Texas may have to pull the plug and leave the Union. If only they would take a bunch of other states with them.

A lot of Biden’s Administration is made up of people who were hired based on sexual kink and/or color of skin... and it shows..

It’s time to go back to hiring based on competence and integrity.
