Seems to already be happening. Army is waiving the requirement of a high school diploma if the ASVAB score is high enough.

I think there is going to be a wave of stop-losses among service enlistments. This Pentagon has made so many bad personnel decisions regarding COVID, and LGBTQ that enlistments are way, way down and there are thousands of unvaccinated National Guardsmen who are in limbo — unable to drill and looking at separation.
