It is inevitable, either by action or in action on part of the Democrats. It would be the Democrat cabinet to invoke the 25A. It’s in Democrats’ hands. Or Biden just croaks. That’s a real possibility. The question becomes when. I think the Democrat calculus is simply make it past the mid terms. If Cackles is in the White Hut before November there won’t be a red wave. It will be a red tsunami. That’s what Democrats are avoiding. In either case, Republicans should have the ability to limit some of the damage beginning in January. However, we need to set appropriate expectations. We will not have any major legislative achievements until we have a Republican president.
