After all, why do the Democrats want to import hordes of immigrants if they didn’t think most would turn out to be Democrat voters? And welfare recipients.
The kicker here is that this person was born in the U.K. and their first address was a counsel housing unit. The father worked his way into a position here in America at a place we all want to get out of our Country. This person went to the private school for that entity and then an Ivy League thanks to Dad's connections. They had the nerve to explain to me why our electoral college should be abolished!
After marrying a higher up at a well-known Corporation, the new spouse demanded they visit India so they could meet the family. The horror! The snobby Indian described their pure disgust at having to pass all the “dirty poor people” in the street every time they left the Hotel. Needless to say, I no longer have anything to do with this person.
Just realized I wrote an essay, but ... here is my 2 cents.
I worked n communicated w !nf0Sys 3rd party IT workers for several years prior to retirement. I was the hiring manager, thus supervised their productivity which meant that I could and freq would join their comm from US based and their headquarters in Mumbai on hi profile emer fixes.
You could spot the inter-caste comms get dragged out bec a member could not speak opening about the hi profile emer cause bec it would step on a higher caste member who frequently reported to the lower caste US based employee. By dragged out I mean a lower caste would spend minutes and minutes and minutes walking and re-walking the scenario of the issue until the upper caste member’s “lite would turn on” and would declare he figured out the problem and started to propose the solution. They went threw this verbal dance to my frustration, but this was their responsibility and if resolutions exceeded contract time limits, !nf0Sys lost significant $$$.
OTOH, If this was a comm betw two American IT members, one would say you check this, I’ll check that or one American would quickly identify the issue, tell the other American he screwed up and to use this as a learning experience while one worked on the solution while other would work on getting the approval for implementing the solution.
For full disclosure, !nf0Sys was very good technically, so seldom did they lose contract $$$. They were like a production line, e1 had their part to accomplish, they were very good at doing their part and passing it on the the next station on the production line. This is in contrast with US IT where usually a single or 2-3 person team built the entire product. So American members has their Expert areas but are lacking in other areas, thus the “product production” is slower and/or of lesser quality.
But I also had friends in IT working for companies who did not have the resources to monitor and document the failings of their Indian based support and they reported obvious cases where Indians were promoting others of their caste, who had minimal quals for position into their US base org or even worse they would promote Indians of their caste who had minimal quals for the position over higher qual’d Americans.
Proxy-luser, That is an interesting solution for consideration how to better protect US employees from low cost foreign labor. It might need an adjustment to the time period before the foreign employee can become a ”free agent”. I am sure the employers need at least a year of training before the employee even becomes profitable.
Regardless, in my opinion these Indian engineers will end up working somewhere. Which is the lesser of two evils: they go to foreign firm to provide low cost labor, or come to the US to keep our tech industry strong?
I credit President Trump with opening my eyes to how much the US has come to depend on foreign interests (especially China) for our economic welfare in tech and other fields..
If you want to get scared, read about Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (“TMCC”). That company has a global stranglehold on the production capacity and know-how to make the latest semiconductor chips for other companies. That used to be a US- dominated business.
Consider what would happen to our economy and the rest of the world if something were to happen to that to single company if Taiwan and China get into a war. (China cannot come close to matching that company after spending many years and hundreds of billions). It requires a very long time, tens of billions, but more importantly the very specialized know-how.
I don’t want to live to see the same thing happen to other parts of the domestic tech business and other scientific industries.
P.S. For more information about the globally strategic importance of this single Taiwanese company TSMC, take a look at the article published last year in a journal of the US Army War College. The authors recommend that the Taiwanese government should announce as a deterrent that the TSMC facilities will be immediately destroyed if China attacks Taiwan. TSMC must be pretty darned important that the authors believe China would be deterred from attacking Taiwan by the mere threat of its destruction of one company.

This is our punishment for attempting to remove God from our society in the 60s and 70s and ever since.
Instead of proudly proclaiming our part in Christendom, the radical elites in control of our nation rejected God, rejected Jesus Christ his only begotten Son, and instead embraced the false idol of diversity and multiculturalism - rejecting Judeo-Christian values and beliefs in favor of the bizarre and foreign. Did God not punish the Israelites for worshipping foreign deities? Lo, we are being punished through wanton invasion by foreign peoples and foreign nations for our digressions. It will not end well for us and our only hope to turn our nation back to God and Jesus Christ.
Our leaders have made a false idol and a false religion out of diversity and multiculturalism. And the more bizarre, the more anti-Christian it is, the more our leaders and our society welcome it.
It is a sick mental disease and the very souls of our children and grandchildren have been put at grave risk since they will be indoctrinated in the anti-Christian sickness false idol worship that pervades our society.
Your grandchildren may very well not be Christian and you may not see them in heaven - all because you wanted to import millions and millions of non-Christians into our nation, against the will of the people.
It is the Great Replacement. And it is evil.

Good question, I have worked with a lot of Indians either in person or as outsourcing and they are not as smart as people think, they do not think outside of the box with problems
I read articles at Slashdot (nerd site) and have over the years read about how Indians will not hire anyone but people from India once in a position to do so.
Kinda like liberals never hire conservatives at say a university of state gov’t office.
#2 at the company I retired from in nov 21, they hired a IT manager 4 levels above my manager who was from India but lived in the US about 3 years ago. He seemed to be a smart guy from listening to him in meetings.
My managers boss and the guy who hired me in 2003 was a director. He reported to 2 guys above him who reported to the India guy.
The 3 positions were soon all replaced by someone from India. So 4 people from India replacing 4 Americans all in about 2 years. The director wanted us to know he was not forced out but he was.
The new director was a woman and she had an accent and the supervisor who only met her in Teams video meetings had trouble understanding her and had to work with her all day long. She and her bosses created a dept in India for chat but after a year shut it down due to language and tech skills problems. Now all new hires are from a temp agency from France at a lower rate of pay or in the new Poland help desk at 1/4 pay of what we were getting in the USA.
I wonder if they shut them down since I retired?
The manager quit May of 2021 for another job as he was never going to be promoted. He did think he was going to be the next director..... Thankfully he never was in that position as he liked to raise his voice and insult people in our dept. The supervisor quit abruptly end of July 2021 on a friday and sent out a chat notice the day he quit just to the west coast and east help desk groups people to tell us he was quitting but gave no detail as of why. We knew why. He did not notify the new manager from Mexico (I never met him the 5 months he was there when I was, just a few team meetings) or the director or above. We had a surprise meeting on Monday about him : )
The manager and supervisor now work at Harbor Freight in the IT dept. I feel very sorry for the workers there.

I know of one person in Palo Alto was instantly displaced when a new Indian director came onboard.
I re-written resumes for US tech workers who are sleeping in their cars due to displacement by H1B.
I know some of the Disney workers who were displaced by H1B. Their lives were destroyed in the process.
Now, I’m paying welfare for these folks, so the caste system + cheap labor can continue?
