If this place melts down from Ukrainian shelling or sabotage, Putin will take the gloves off and forgo any concerns for civilian casualties and pulverize any an all Ukrainian military positions, personnel and decision makers to bring this conflict to a swift end so as to pay full attentionto the containment of this nuclear disaster.
