Former President Donald Trump wanted to name Sidney Powell as the special counsel to investigate the presidential race, the former CEO of Overstock.com said in a court filing Thursday.
Powell, a lawyer who helped Trump’s attempt to find fraud in the 2020 election, was in the Oval Office in December 2020 along with former Gen. Michael Flynn and Overstock’s Patrick Byrne to discuss the outlandish election claims, according to court papers filed in the Southern District of Florida.
During the meeting, Trump and Powell discussed alleged FBI reports of “foreign interference” in the election involving SolarWinds and the hacking of cloud providers and tech companies.

She was great in defending Flynn. Do you for a minute doubt the kraken fraud and proof was there? I don’t. What the backstabbing wings of the Uniparty and the government/media axis did destroyed her and the kraken. You can’t fault her. I can count on one hand the number of our “elected conservatives” who did as much as she did in trying to save Trump and the Constitution. Why on earth, didn’t Trump fire Barr and appoint a non confirmation needed Acting AG. That acting AG appoints a real IC and maybe the coup doesn’t work.

I think she’s great!
Some people on this site seem to forget that the media, and the deep state are the enemy here, and have gone after anyone even slightly associated with Donald Trump, trying to make them all look like dingbats and criminals in one way or another. It's the old "nuts and sluts" routine, but with a twist. When they easily disparage people like Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, they are the useful idiots of the main stream media, Democrats, and the deep state.
No, they were feeding you stuff in hopes that you would react just as you have.
Powell and her team is are still defending many of those wronged by the deep state, including many J6 people rotting away in jail.
They are trying to ruin her and her team still.

I hope to see her again too. There were several people who could have helped substantiate some of the theories revealed by Sidney, and also spun by Lin Wood. But those people are either dead or scared into oblivion because they know they don’t matter. In life, we clearly don’t get to choose who is really telling the truth. Someone could be a thief, a bum in the streets, a prostitute….but still know the truth. The story goes Jesus listened to all of them and was hurt by those who lied.
In this case, these were educated people who were jumping up and down from knowing. They wanted everyone to see the country burning before it burned. And here we are. Our president is probably gonna be indicted….and those who pointed, like the young girl who said Trump tried to grab the wheel of the Beast?
Then he should have had it done, waiting on deep state cronies to fix anything is leading to the destruction of the Republic. Releasing the Kraken depended on an honest court and we don’t have one any more.
