I bet he didn”t realize that they would send 30-50 armed agents with an amphibious assault team, etc. with cameras blazing, and then break several laws themselves exhibiting “traits of crime” as they put it. His life is effectively over if he was expecting a future judgeship.

I think he woke up two days after the raid....realizing a number of things which didn’t make sense. He can’t undo the raid....but he’s looking awful hard at the DoJ/FBI business, and they’ve got a ‘balloon’ with air leaking. I think he’s going to force them back into his court for questions shortly.

In the interest of playing devil's advocate here, isn't it possible that the judge saw the warrant but not the affidavit? As in the case of the Russia Hoax FISA warrants where the FISA judges were schnookered - possibly by the same agents as the ones involved in this clown show????

A judge doesn't necessarily have to be a Trump supporter in order to follow the law and the Constitution.

For example, Alan Dershowitz doesn't like Trump and plans to vote against him if he runs, but he is still insisting unequivocally that this warrant/raid fiasco is unconstitutional and is a violation of Trump's Fourth Amendment rights..
