Situation: Upon being ordered by said Judge to produce for the public this predicating Affidavit, the prosecuting agencies requested and were granted the privilege of 'redacting' information on the document. Consequently, of the 38 pages, it appears that more than 90% has been redacted / blacked-out.
Analysis: In the near day since this release, we of the public have been vastly entertained by 'pundits' attempting to read between the black lines for meaning. Perhaps we should summon the ancient art of Augury to have an examination of the entrails of a sacrifice. This would probably equally informative!
Commentary: In any adversary action like this, it is pure theater to think that the DoJ/FBI would NOT REDACT to the maximum extent. What do they lose by going the maximum? If their desire is to draw out this FUD (Fear, Uncertainty & Doubt) action for maximum advantage through this 2022 election season, this is textbook!
Conclusion: In reference to the usefulness of the redacted affidavit, I have seldom seen a more perfect example of the Indian parable of the blind men on their first encounter with an elephant.
In reference to the war between official Washington and former President Trump, one has to admire the latter for being such an irratant to the former. Looking forward to 2024 for the main match!
