I am sure, if one is starving, it will do.
And anyway, if they stopped burning grain in cars, farmers would plant different grain in fields and produce more of the edible grain variety.
Burning grain in cars is a total waste!

Are you a farmer?

Here is the thing. They weren’t planting veggies before and they probably won’t be after.

No money in it.

No, I am not a farmer, but I know something about farming.
It is actually great to farm vegies, if you can. Lot’s of money in vegies!
But it is kind of tricky business and you have to get contract to sell to somebody.

But I get your point. The ethanol racket is to raise demand for corn, so farmers get more money. I get it.
That was then.
Now, I am being fed the news about food shortages and coming starvation.
So I am proposing very simple solution -
fed the starving people the ethanol corn (it is edible, if they are really starving, they will eat everything!) and/or stop growing corn for ethanol and switch to corn or wheat for people!
But NO, we need corn for fuel!? Why?
And definitely, why the mandates?!
