That was my first thought, too. But the more I think about it, the more I believe the Clintons are playing the global donors. They want the global leaders to believe Hillary is running at least enough to donate to the "foundation", and she may run at least a token campaign. But I'd bet she's not really wanting to be president anymore. Otherwise we would have heard a lot more from her even with Brandon in the WH.
