While that may be technically true, you'd have to suspend any degree of common sense to think, let alone believe, that the Secret Service would have no records of his visitors. They are tasked with the President's protection. They can't do this if they don't know who is visiting and when. EVERYONE visiting gets a background check. EVERYTHING is logged by them - who, when, and where. Whether this is on an official "visitor log" or not, it is done.
When you consider that Biden has spent 25% of his time as president at home in Delaware I think it only natural for the public to want to what exactly he’s doing there. OTOH, when has the Secret Service ever giving up anything concerning the activities — official or extra-curricular — of a president that they are charged with guarding. Oh sure, there is some talk by former agents. But as a matter of policy the SS is mute on presidential matters.

Why don’t we just find a neighbor with security cams and tabulate the license plates on vehicles that show up? That might be a good start.

My bet is that ‘some’ of those visitors are REGULARLY occurring visitors who are DOCTORS who tune his dementia meds weekly.
How about surveillance camera footage or here’s another suggestion I assume there is a way to track the pings off the nearest cell towers or even the comms equivalent at the residence and Id the phones and their owners from that info.
