1) What exactly? They can’t say because he didn’t actually reveal anything.
2) ANY information is no longer classified the moment a sitting president decides its not classified. Yes, that is the ruling of the SCOTUS. No, there is no formal procedure for declassifying information. No, there is no panel or anybody else above the president who can decide to classify or declassify any document or information. The president is the only elected member of the executive branch. Everybody else in the executive branch derives their power from the president.
That’s it. There is no more.
If Trump had “classified” documents then they were no longer classified as soon as he decided they were not. Just like the Russia Collusion hoax, this entire thing is yet another nothingburger.
