President Joe Biden said Friday on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut” that he intends to run for re-election in 2024, and his wife, first lady Jill Biden, supports him.
Anchor Jonathan Capehart said, “Mr. President. you haven’t officially said you’re running for re-election, but NBC’s Mike Memoli, who you know well, quotes a senior staffer to the first lady that a 2024 re-election campaign, quote, ‘Is something both Dr. Biden and the family fully support.” Seeing that took me back to your 2017 book Promise Me, Dad. You wrote about how your late son Beau insisted you run for president in 2016, as we know you didn’t. You ran in 2020, but you write in the book that Beau said it was, quote, ‘your obligation, your duty to run.’ You also write duty was a word Beau Biden did not use lightly. You’re president now, and there are plenty of people who are saying that you shouldn’t run again because of your age. I’m wondering, what do you think Beau Biden would say to those people who think you shouldn’t run again?”

Education degrees are rather unique in that there is no accepted body of knowledge involved. The entire field is a sham and a joke.
Consider, for example, the fields of history and chemistry. People in those fields might disagree on minor points. But every historian agrees that Berlin was the capital of Nazi Germany. And every chemist agrees that a hydrogen atom has one electron.
Not so in the field of education! No one agrees on anything. It’s a mush of crackpot ideas. Heterogeneous classes are good. No, homogeneous classes are good. No, a mixture of the two is best.
It’s all trash that changes almost daily. And I would know. I spent my entire teaching career being bombarded by that nonsense.
Right up there with “studies” degrees. Loosely speaking, bachelor’s degrees require a basic understand of a well recognized and rather unchanging body of knowledge. Masters degrees are awarded for mastering the knowledge. Doctorates are earned by contributing something that advances the body of knowledge. Education is one of the few things that does not advance. It gets worse each year and it is an easily measured regression.

Right. I spent 25+ years teaching in an urban public high school. And when a new principal came in with a real degree (history, math, etc.) I would breathe a sigh of relief.
But those types of administrators became rarer and rarer. Instead we got folks with degrees in education. They knew literally nothing. Nothing! Yet they would walk around and tell the math teachers how to best teach calculus, and the physics teachers how to best teach net forces.
That’s the main reason I took an early retirement. I just couldn’t take the crazy nonsense any more. My health was at risk.

Notice the “specialized” education a lot of these administrators have. That’s yet another scam. They are so-filled with tripe that there’s no room to learn critical thinking. There once was a time when people studied the classics (liberal arts) they would learn a bit of knowledge and how to think. It’s all about indoctrination and agenda. Everything is relative. There’s no quest for fact or truth.
That makes anything unmanageable.
The old fool probably still thinks he is running the country. But he is two letters off, he is ruining it.
