Potassium! Are you kidding me?

Potassium is an electrolyte required for your heart to beat in a regular rhythm. Almost every American is DEFICIENT in potassium.

Potassium is used as a salt substitute in low-salt products (such as low-sodium V8).

They probably added potassium instead of salt to enhance the flavor. I don’t see the problem.

I was having problems with bad muscle cramps.

Raised my hydration and it got a little better,,

Raised my magnesium with a product called Calm, a supplement, and had a slight improvement

But was still cramping up.

Next to supplement was potassium. Looked to food sources and read most foods ,due to soil degradation, were weak in potassium.

So I’ve been using a trace mineral and electrolyte powder supplement that mixes with water.

Starbucks is on my shat list for a multitude of reasons.

To each his own.

( Yuban traditional roast for me. And a French press. )
