I'm up at a quarter of 3am. My father and surviving members of his family were anti-Nazi partisans who killed members of the (OUN-B) Bandera's radical wing of the Organization of Ukranian Facists. After the war, my father's family were ethnically cleansed by the Soviets as Galicia was given to the Ukrainians. My father lived long enough to see scum raise the flag of the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS (1st Galician) in the city after which we are named as well as in my father's birthplace. I have no attachment to Ukraine. But I recognize NATO and American interests over family grievances.
