On the other hand, Biden isn’t bothered by it. It was a pre-midterm-elections gimmick anyway...

That’s okay. He was just kidding anyhow. Now he can say he tried to keep his campaign promise, but those meany Republicans wouldn’t let him do it. Besides, the election is over. Good timing, Court.

Isn’t this something like the third Federal Judge that has ruled this way, to no effect?

Won’t the 0’Biden Regime ignore it like they do most decisions that go against them?

He’ll probably just ignore the judge and have the Treasury print out the money. Biden and the gang do whatever they want at this point, without any real resistance. It’s very sad. Things are coming to a head, but we can’t impeach and remove unless we get 67 senators. That just won’t happen.

It’s obvious it was illegal and Unconstitutional, but Biden did it anyway and promoted it for the election. The judge could have issued this order last week.

The administration will middle-finger the courts and do it anyway.

Right on schedule... after the midterms.

All choreographed to perfection. Votes were bought with funny money and now the money is no good.

Can people with loans he said he would cancel when he knew full well he did not have authorization, file a class action law suit or charge interfere in an election

Hah, right after the election too. And Biden kept bragging and campaigning on it.

Hey kiddies, old Joe fed you a diaper load. Ha Ha.

The promise of student loan forgiveness...

The promise of codifying ‘Roe v Wade’ after the elections if democrats retained control of congress...

The promise of cutting inflation...

The promise of lower gas prices...

All just to help democrats win votes, via the low-information/dopey voters who would believe anything from democrats.

Now, none of that will occur and none of those promises could have been kept.

But, again, the easily duped low-information/ignorant voters fell for all of it.

The democratic party can always count on the dummy voters to keep them in power.
