Sour grapes much?
I did not forget anything.
You forgot $300 billion in seized Russian assets in the west. Russia will pay to rebuild Ukraine. You forgot another apartment building was blown up ISIS style today by Russia. More women and children murdered by Russia. Russia’s fake Potemkin army has been defeated by Ukrainian farmers and miners on the battlefield so in typical fashion they “fight” civilians instead. Obviously, you’ve forgotten that.
Let me know when the EU finds a way around international law to redistribute something that is not theirs, kthx?
They already have troubles selling bonds because rumors of confiscations alone discourage investors.
Blowing bridges is both an offensive and defensive strategy depending on the motives of the side doing the blowing up.
Offensive…. Blow a bridge to keep the opponent from receiving supplies and reinforcements or to channel the opponent to ground that is disadvantaged
Defensive…. Blow a bridge to cover a retreat or defend from attack from an undesired direction.
More and better examples are out there I’m sure.
Yeah, heard neo-Nazi Freeland in Canada started a war bond drive for Ukraine.
It’s not going very well.
The map I saw yesterday indicated the presence of 6 or 8 identified Russian battalions still north of the river.
The dam and barges are the remaining way out.
Did you forget that Russia just retreated from a city that Putin said just two months ago was now an eternal part of Russia and would never be returned to Ukraine?
Did you forget that retreating is a normal occurrence in war/conflict?
Retreating does not denote defeat, never has, neither has a withdrawal.
According to you and your cohorts definition of “retreat,” George Washington would have long been defeated.......
Napoleon’s retreat from Moscow wasn’t a defeat? Lee’s withdrawal for Gettysburg wasn’t a defeat? The German’s withdrawal from Russia in WWII wasn’t a defeat? Rommel’s withdrawal from Egypt wasn’t a defeat? The Russian withdrawal from Afghanistan wasn’t a defeat?
My dear boy, you need to get some serious lessons in military history.
In a very explanative video an American military vet explained that the Russian action is a withdrawal and is not a retreat. In American military nomenclature, a withdrawal is a command planned and orderly movement to the rear. Lower on the scale is a retreat where the rearward movement is ordered by command but is hasty and forced. Last on the list is rout where movement is forced to the point where command and control is completely lost.
All the above represent command knowledge that there is no ability to resist the superior attacking forces. Noth of the river, Russians are unable to prevail against the superior Ukranian forces
You depicted a Russian woman who must again do all the work while the men revert to alcoholism and incompetence.
The current Russian economic degradation and massive unemployment will result in the vodka swilling male alcoholism prevailing in the last years of the USSR
I wouldn’t count much on the barges/rafts....Ukrainians are apparently hitting them once identified. That hike to the dam is probably a good 24-hour march...with marginal rations.
Yo been served.
One Russian woman equates to 5-6 training SEALS.
KEKW /s
HA !!
I must admit, that is funny. : )
Dude, I am not all bad as you all make me to be, I just have a varying viewpoint.
Got to have a little laugh every once in awhile.
