To my knowledge ALL NEW federal funding, including for DOJ, FBI, etc has to initiate in House of Reps.

The DOJ can pay for it out of the funding already approved. They dont need Congress!

So Garland appoints a special counsel. Garland knows that new funding comes from the House.

MTG and whoever run their mouths saying that the special counsel won’t be funded.

Garland then redirects funds from unfilled DOJ positions to fund the special counsel.

Or, the Current House provides $20-30,000,000 before Jan 2023

Why in the hell do they have to telegraph every move?
