The assistant AG of AZ is pursuing this under the auspices of the Election Integrity Unit. There were myriad violations of state election laws and the questions asked in the letter were very specific. This isn’t click bait because I saw the letter on Saturday when it was posted on Twitter.

The letter doesn’t even begin to show fraud. Nothing in it would justify overturning the election. And Blake - who I donated to, twice - lost bigly.
Lots of angry people here and I understand. BUT - there is no evidence of fraud. Democrats do not invade a Republican dominated county to commit fraud. They cannot and did not manufacture ballots in Republican Maricopa County. Kari did a much better job campaigning than Blake, but the Friday BEFORE the election, she attacked McCain Republicans. In public. Told them to get out.
That is what cost her the election.
Blake was grossly outspent as China Mark Kelly bought unlimited commercials. He was stabbed in the back by McConnell. None of which qualifies as “fraud”. It is just normal politics.

Does the state AG certify elections? I thought it was the Secretary of state (Hobbs). Lots of states of different rules. Not 100% on AZ.
Looks like Gates and the board of supervisors are the ones that need to certify it.

You’re stupid.
When it’s you’re job to ‘certify’ something you are saying you believe it’s truthful. If there are questions (and there were PLENTY of questions) then you don’t ‘certify’ until they are answered.
The constitution does not say he must rubber-stamd it, he must CERTIFY it. I have a job where I am required to certify things. If I certify something and then someone dies because of it, I am responsible.
It’s also been done before.
Pence was just a coward. And he’d be running for president now if he has some balls.

Actually, they should ALSO operate the count the way Las Vegas Casino’s operate CRAP tables. Meaning, lay the votes on a table with several OVERHEAD cameras watching from overhead and then broadcast the COUNT to the GENERAL PUBLIC !!!!
Democrats have shit in their mess kit on the mail in ballot, harvesting ballots, hiding ballots, “adjusting” the computers mid count, alleged plumbing leaks, friendly judges and so on and on.

The AG does not certify the election.
But they are the one who polices the enforcement of election law.
They are not going to allow it to be certified without clarification and proof. (which they will never present, they cannot)
