Masking and social distancing should be encouraged or even mandated once more in public in order to protect people from COVID-19 and from the possibility of suffering from "Long COVID," according to a new report from the Department of Health and Human Services.
The report, commissioned by HHS and produced by research agency Coforma, calls for a broad range of government policies to help people who continue to deal with the lingering effects of COVID. Those policies include an awareness campaign, funding for long COVID support groups, financial support for students and workers, and new health benefits for COVID victims.
Reinstating a mask mandate may be the most controversial recommendation in the report, which says ending that mandate in late 2021 and 2022 is making it harder for people with long COVID.
"The lifting of mask mandates and indifferent attitude toward masking and social distancing typical in many public and private places further isolates people with Long COVID," the report said. As a result, policymakers should "encourage or mandate policies and protocols regarding masking and social distancing in public spaces," it said.

So people are still too afraid to go outside, so we should all be required to wear masks to make them feel safe. Sorry, they can stay home or wear a mask if they go out.

If people with long COVID want to wear a mask, then fine. But why should l have to. If the stupid masks work, to protect yourself only you should need to wear it.

Long COVID is nothing more than the Wuhan/Fauci Virus Vaccine delayed effects. I doubt that the mask will stop blood clots, myocarditis, etc. The HHS is part of the Mengele Death Cult ( FDA, CDC, NIH, Surgeon General and Big Pharma),

I agree, if these people are such chicken-shits then THEY can wear a mask and STAY HOME! Brilliant idea to make 95% of the population wear a mask and social distance for a small minority. Punish the healthy.

It is a free Country. Or so we say. If a person wants to wear a mask, God bless them. If a person does not want to, God bless them.

Masks are:
1) a sign of submission, subversion and subjugation
2) mandated in order to dehumanize
3) virtue signaling devices
4) meant to provide constant reinforcement of fear
5) used to destroy community, friends and family normal communication
6) implemented to create isolation, confusion, anxiety, destroy human connectivity, trust and interactions
7) mandated to exacerbate illness
8) intended to aid in the abandonment of the belief and reliance on our immune systems
9) intended to refute integrous science
10) signal to positions of power that you are willing to give up all of your rights and freedoms based on anything they say, even if it is a BIG FAT LIE!
If someone has long Covid they have Covid. How does everyone else walking around with masks help them?

Leave us alone. People ask me why I am a conservative. I tell them I want a government that stays out of my life… the way it used to be way back in 1789 with the adoption of the Constitution. All I want from Uncle is a restoration of the rule of law and a strong military. Most everything else should be left up to the States.

Everyone with half a brain knows that masks do not do anything other than identify you as a sheep.. Fauci said masks do not work.
Nope. Masks increase illness in general public use and they are dangerous for many reasons. Plus they inhibit the normal mental growth of children. They block deaf people’s ability to understand others as well.
Anyone proposing general mask use should be indicted, tried, then sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for such an atrocious crime against the people.
