I didn’t say that but I do think it is fair to let people know who Douglas McGregor works for.
Obviously you can draw your own conclusions that since he works for the Russian government he takes their orders too.
As an average American, I have no way to know the truth - can’t trust our controlled MSM, certainly can’t trust our government propaganda, but also can’t trust the accuracy of these few opposition commenters who try to paint a different picture from their living rooms in Topeka.
One side seems to be war-mongers who give us childish slogans about Putin being Hitler, and that Russia will collapse any day now, while the other tells us Russia has basically won the war already
So why is Russia across the border from Ukraine also blacked out on your map?
Are Russians as bad at photoshop as they are at war?

It is total toss up who is lying more—the Russian state media or the Western “democracies” mockingbird media.

Most analysts called that one correctly. I would consider unreliable any that did not.
Hyperbole aside, Mr. Macgregor accepts paychecks from the Russian government via RT News.
That’s a fact.
Interesting thing is there’s also a corresponding drop in lighted areas in Russia between January and November.
So either the November image is being manipulated to reduce evidence of lighting overall or else the Russians are also feeling the sting of the war.
I’m going with manipulation.
In this CNN report of the same topic you can toggle between the two images and see decreased lighting in the areas of Europe that are unaffected by the war.
But that are affected by image (and public opinion) manipulation.

Macgregor’s a fool and a Kremlin stooge. He’s wrong on just about everything.
This war has to end, I finally figured out why they want to keep it going...People are blaming the Biden catastrophe with energy and inflation and all else on this war, it’s their convenient whipping boy.

You don’t have to look at random. Look for those who have a track record.
Col. Macgregor said on the 7th day that Russia has already won, the Ukrainian army is destroyed and Russia has successfully ended their operation. He has made similar ridiculous statements and predictions throughout the last 279 days.
CNN-s (the network itself I don’t endorse of course) Gen. Mark Hertling on the other hand has been right from the start. I don’t think these retired generals toe the party line, by the way. They get a retainer from some outlet and when a war happens they’ll just tell it as they see it to the best of their knowledge and abilities.
Institute for the Study of War has been really good while the Putinista favorite communist and other kind of weirdo sites have been constantly wrong.

I would not rush to write the history of this war until after it is over...let us see what the final map looks like.
