What if it came out that, say, the voters selected someone completely on the payroll and controlled by a foreign enemy, like say China, and this was exposed and the electors were the only protection against a stooge totally under the control of foreign powers, globalists, and Satanists, and that ‘ceremonial vote as elector’ was the only way to save the United States of America?

Just asking...

How many covid spending bills did he either support or just vote not present for.
Trust, the founders or a life long politician. Golly gee, that’s a hard one.
Let them abolish it, if they dare.
This reeks of kabuki theater.

Would like to hear Rand's argument in full.

The Special Session is the single opportunity for the Congress to consider, debate, accept or reject (but not overturn!!) federal election irregularities.

Raising the threshold calls of objection from 1 member of each chamber to 1/5th of each chamber in order to formally consider as a body any such irregularities would seem to make it more difficult to even begin to deliberate the matter.

Any law passed I’m 2022 by a “Bipartisan” group of Senators and a hard left House is going to be a disaster. Imagine what a second amendment law would look like under those circumstances. What makes anyone think an election law would be any different? Incredible how docile the country has become

Without the Electoral College, there would be no United States Constitution and no United States.

The low population states and several of the slave states would never have signed a Constitution without the Electoral College.

You would need an amendment to get rid of the electoral college but I think Libs could get around the electoral college by having SOME states divide their electoral votes. Obviously they would not want NY and California to do that but any Red State they would welcome it.

No matter what “law” is passed, if the authority to have the VP act in a certain way is in the Constitution, they will need an amendment to change that face. The Electoral Count Act is unconstitutional on its face, but no one has achieved a SCOTUS ruling in regards to the act.

Vote by county. Most votes in the county gets 1 point. Most points wins the states electoral votes. By doing this, you isolate voter fraud to a single entity, which is the county. Now investigators can focus on fraud at the local level, a lot easier than doing it at the state or federal level.

Do this also for senatorial campaigns and leave congressional campaigns as is.

Endorsing the Electoral Count Reform Act as necessary to save the Electoral College.

If not the democrat calamity will grow even bigger.

The Electoral College is blocking their path to kill liberty.

State level electoral colleges, if constitutional would resolve population centers from controlling the outcome of literally the entire state during state and federal elections.

There are a number of states where the population centers have disenfranchised state voters for decades.
