Since when has “INTENT” BEEN IMPORTANT IN LEGAL CASES.
I remember being taught that the ACTION, THE ACTIVITY OF ILLEGALITY, were what interested the “court.”
And INTENT was handled by the morals of the law enforcement, not the legal and judgment arms of the LAW.
Do we know how difficule it is to prove INTENT???????
THIS IS INSANE.
SO INTENT HAS TO BE PROVEN BEFORE ANY CASE CAN PROCEED???
This is insanity and the cowardly Judges that make that decision are too scared or unwilling to make a clear, legal decision are a thing of the past.
