On Jan 6 SCOTUS will consider a case that deals with this very question. Bear in mind that government representatives of We the People swear an oath to uphold the US Constitution. Failure to do so means they lied to gain office, and that is treason.

I predict the following events that could well happen in part or whole in the next two to three years. I hope I am 100% Wrong. 1. We get into a shooting war with Russia. 2. The Polish/USA/UK war with Russia Belarus goes well for us at first. 2. It turns into WW II with two sets of nations at war—called in USA :The Allies vs the Axis. 3. Months of fighting and privation, rationing, the draft, millions dead.
4. We lose the war and face occupation, war crimes trials, and corruption exposed. 5. Civil War breaks out, with Red vs Blue States. 6. America is divided into two nations.
This is happening is some sense with population migration patterns, Florida right now is growing rapidly and becoming more red in the process other red states are doing the same thing, over the next 2-3 census cycles red states will gain significantly In Congress.
Blue states conversely are losing seats in Congress, another 10-15 seats swinging to red states and red states will control Congress
I predict much fighting will be in California and New York State. Both states will be cut in half. East vs West California and East vs West New York. About seven Million less Americans in USA—Draft Illegals too. Many will flee to Mexico—a wall used to keep them in the USA.
Or, the red states are slowly turned purple, then blue, by the influx of libtards fleeing the very stupidity they created in the states they have ruined.
It could happen but the evidence so far is the exact opposite is happening, Florida went from purple to solid red, Texas isn’t going anywhere and other southern states are seeing similar results
Not advocating civil war, but I think a peaceful separation of Red and Blue states may be for the best. We don’t have a common culture any more. Give it a few decades and we won’t even have a common language any more. The Red states will continue to speak English and the Blue states will speak Woke dialect.
I say this as a Blue state resident.
How Red America survives without Federal Agriculture support money flowing out of urban to rural areas is a question that I’d like to see an answer to.

The blue states will speak Spanish and yes, the wokeness crap will be translated to Spanish and taught in Spanish. Particularly the hatred of America and capitalism. But the main difference will be the infiltration of the red states with Spanish leftists and eventual requirement by the federal government for Spanish language propaganda. The Spanish will be "oppressed" and that will require military intervention.
Always remember that even now the elite seek to control by divide and conquer. Spanish will be a perfect way of doing that, although they'll keep using black racism and other means when they can.

The Electoral Vote Total equals the munber of Representative in the House, the number of Senators in the Senate, plus three for DC. That comes to 538, which is why it takes 270 to make a majority.
So, cast the EV associated to the Houe District for the winner of the popular vote in the House Distric.
Cast the EV’s associated to the State for the winner of poopular vote in the State.
DC can cast theirs for the winner of popular vote in DC.
Then...limit voting to Election Day, Absentee voting only for deployed Military. Mail in voting only counts for ballots received on or before the actual Election Day. Voter rolls to be culled thirty days before Election Day, to remove all registrants who have noted in the prior three annuual election. All ballot counting to be fully video recorded at distances and resolutions that will allow later forensic review of persons and processes, to include confirmation of chain of custody.
