Almost SUDS
Twice. That’s crazy. Prayers for recovery.
If he is found to have had myocarditis, would they ever publicly release that information?
We may never know what caused it.
If Pfizer has anything to say about it.
Second or third hand information. Not clear what actually happened. He’s apparently on a vent now and chilled down. He probably has some damage and some inflammation to his brain. Lucky that he is still hanging in there - if that really is the case.
Assuming he recovers it seems highly unlikely that he’ll ever play again.I wonder what happens, financially,to a player who has a career ending injury...or illness.Do they get insurance from the NFL? Or are they able to buy long term “income protection” insurance?
Right now they’ve got him on a ventilator. They are trying to get him to breathe on his own.
That doesnt sound good to me!
There was 5 million in his gofundme last I saw a few hours ago. He’ll be fine financially if he can pull through.
Wasn’t the 5 mil for his charity for kids?
Praise God 👏
Now the gofundme is for both his recovery and his foundation. They updated the terms on the web page.
Yes, it is for a local, small-time charity he supports. I wonder what they’ll do, or be able to do, with the cash.
Sounds like he was an inspired and inspiring young man.
When did they “update the terms”, from his charitable foundation, to split with personal?
When the donations hit the millions??
Unreal.
See 12.
🤷♀️
Just think how many everyday people are keeling over at work and dying before they could be treated. When do the insurance companies start to rate the vaxxed?
I didn’t see the video of the hit and the aftermath, but apparently he fell straight backwards, meaning he would have hit the back of his head on the ground— about like Tagliavoa, meaning he probably suffered a concussion in addition to the effects of the cardiac arrest. I suspect this is complicating his recovery.
The $5.5 million was/is for his toy drive fund.
Ah, thanks. I’d think still possibly an issue with the first $3M raised overnight, however.
Okay, Okay, it was a little more serious than I thought.
but, there are 360,000 of these “out of hospital” cardiac arrests every year, so it is about as unusual as a dog biting a man.
