“I suspect that you will continue to hear coming from the United States additional packages of security assistance, additional weapons and capabilities for Ukraine – perhaps as soon as the end of this week,” White House National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby told CNN.
Kirby didn’t elaborate on the contents of the package but said that the U.S. was concentrated “on trying to make sure that we are giving Ukraine what they need in the fight that they’re in.”
“We’re gonna continue to modulate these packages so that they’re most appropriate for what Ukraine need

I don’t disagree, but what about those who have taken the side of a murderous KGB colonel who regrets the fall of the USSR and whose home grown opponents fall from windows or somehow ingest risin or are shot on the street by a passer by. Why would anyone wish to see him realize even part of his USSR Resurrection dream?
Eh? What US Navy weapons have been sent in significant quantities (as in, say, at least 10% of inventory) to Ukraine, aside from, possibly, old Harpoon missiles?
“we need to know where all this money went”
Yeah, we’ll probably find out where the Ukraine billions went after we find out where the ARRA trillion went and that will only be after the Democrats (and their media and their deep state) lose their death grip on the reins of power.
I’m not holding my breath...
The Beltway Maytag system.
We’ve sent, what, 24 HIMARS? Out of well over 400, not even including deliveries in 2022 to the US military.
Russia CANNOT put its full focus on Ukraine, or even 1/2 focus, for that matter. They have a LOT of border to defend, vulnerable (internally and externally) “friends”, and internal actors (the Muzzies, for one) to worry about too.
Why is Ukraine suddenly so important?
Oh yeah, I remember. Biden’s family connections are at risk of being exposed.
“Kamasizing”?
We should support humanitarian efforts only.
From work with my hands on my life as mechanic my hands got kind of messed up so I can’t type that well so I’m at the mercy of both Artificial intelligence Spell checks and Speaks to text ones
BREAKING NEWS:
Italian Government insiders leak that a catapult that was found at an an old Roman battlefield excavation site will be shipped to the Ukrainian army. The Italian defense minister reportedly said, "They can have it, but they've gotta supply their own boulders."
Pentagon Forced To Tap Unreported Ammo Stockpile In Israel To Support Ukraine
The New York Times this week has detailed more of the desperate behind the scenes scramble of US and Western officials to keep up the steady supply of arms and ammo, especially artillery munitions (155mm shells), to Ukraine in order to beat back the Russian invasion. It’s yet another significant acknowledgement of the Pentagon’s own dwindling stockpiles as it now must tap heretofore not publicly disclosed stores in Israel...
“The Pentagon is tapping into a vast but little-known stockpile of American ammunition in Israel to help meet Ukraine’s dire need for artillery shells in the war with Russia, American and Israeli officials say,” the Times reports. “The stockpile provides arms and ammunition for the Pentagon to use in Middle East conflicts. The United States has also allowed Israel to access the supplies in emergencies.”
Why do they have to “hint” at anything?
Fed.gov has happily poured up to $135 billion down that hole already in 10 months.
What’s a few more $$$?
Agreed on that. Even Kirby’s use of the word “modulate” is weird. “Modify” fits better.
Right, like Obama/Biden did in 2014 when Ukraine was attacked, they sent blankets and MRE's which resulted in 8 years later Putin is back invading larger parts of Ukraine.

The end is not near. biden still hasn’t fulfilled his end of the bargain. A couple hundred billion more before Z lets B off the hook.
This may be a silly question but we ARE rapidly manufacturing more of all these things we are sending to Ukraine so we will have enough, aren’t we?
“The aid won’t stop no matter how ineffective.”
It will stop only when the arms industry, Zelensky, the Big Guy and nearly every politician in DC no longer want kickbacks. When war in Ukraine is no longer profitable, they will find or create other wars.
Illegal drugs and arms trafficking are the bread-and-butter of US politics. Read up on Operation Castaway, Fast and Furious and Benghazi. Afghanistan was/is the world’s largest opium producer. When fentanyl suddenly knocked a great hole in that market, the US had no more need to dally around Afghanistan protecting the opium supply. FJB gave the Taliban more than 80 BILLION DOLLARS in US armament is a severance package for “services rendered”. Now Ukraine, tomorrow who knows?
Rinse and repeat.....
how old are you? 15? 16?
That was not a criticism! There are so many new words all the time that I was thinking this was something new that I did not know!
Thank you!
Yup, production is being ramped up.
Congress supersizes munitions production with emergency authorities - Dec 13, 2022
Congress is set to allocate more than $8 billion to bolster high-priority munitions production while granting the Pentagon wartime procurement powers to help Ukraine fight Russia and refill U.S. stockpiles.
The $858 billion National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal 2023, which the House passed 350-80 on Thursday and is expected to face a Senate vote this week, authorizes more than $2.7 billion in across-the-board munitions funding. That’s on top of $5.9 billion for the Navy to procure additional munitions and expand U.S. industrial base production capacity.
