Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) is raising concerns about . . . whether foreign interests could gain enough influence over the “digital town square” ahead of the 2024 election to pose a national security threat.
She was happy enough with Twitter when it was channeling the Democratic party line under the tutelage of the FBI . . .

You know, the patriots who had the Hunter Biden laptop for about a year before the 2020 election - but insinuated powerfully that it was “Russian disinformation” when anyone sentient could have known to the contrary after that much time to check it out. But the agency was determined not to know that.

No threat to “our democracy” there . . .

Exactly. Remember all the cries of “Twitter is a pdivate company and not subject to govt oversight!” when cinservatives pointed out that our voices were constantly and consistently silenced?

All of a sudden, it is a national resource requiring govt control? I don’t think so.
