Atlanta cops REOPEN investigation into adoptive gay father accused of raping 14-year-old boy in 2011 - as he and his partner are jailed for sodomizing and pimping out their two young sons

One of the two Atlanta fathers in jail for raping his adoptive sons was accused of luring a different fourteen-year-old boy for sex, seven years before a Christian special needs adoption agency handed over two vulnerable young children to him and his husband.

Zachary Zulock was reported to police in 2011 for allegedly luring a 14-year-old boy to his home and raping him.

For some unknown reason, the case was not investigated properly by the detectives involved, all of whom have now retired, and charges were never brought. Detectives now working for the department admit their predecessors' investigative efforts fell short.

Now, it is being re-examined in light of the Zulocks' recent arrest for raping their own kids.

The cops should also investigate the agency officials and judge who allowed these (and other similar) adoptions to take place. They should be charged, tried, and convicted as codefendants to the sodomy and pimping.

That would certainly motivate them to be more careful. But really, the practice of allowing same-sex couples to adopt children should be outlawed entirely.

This isn’t the first time I have heard of this happening.

In Chapel Hill, NC, 2 gays adopted one or two children from Africa and the exact same thing happened to these children. IIRC, they lived in a gated community that consisted of mostly if not all members of the LGBTQ crowd and they all circled the wagons, refusing to help with the investigation.

I think this may have been in the late 90’s (?) and am not able to find out ANYTHING online about it now.

When society discards the Judeo/Christian definition of right and wrong and replaces it with "anything goes" or "if it feels good, do it," then what's to stop crime such as homosexual rape of children from spreading like wildfire.

If you have two men that are homosexuals and love getting it in the backdoor why in the hell would you give them two young boys or any child?

It's ridiculous and all of them should be held accountable. The police, the "christian" adoption agency and the men that obtained the video and or pictures of those boys being abused.

I don't give a damn that those policemen have since retired. Who doesn't think that if you caused harm by way of neglecting your duties and let harm come to two children that they wouldn't yank you out of your cozy retirement home and put you under the jail?

It stinks to high heaven and I'm not having their pointing fingers at everyone else to deflect and try to cause confusion.

The child protective services' and others that are responsible for childrens' safety around this country have failed these children and countless others.

This case and others around the US scream for a change in the system, be fired and held accountable for their lack of common sense.

Reminds me of the two white lesbians who adopted 4 or 5 black kids and killed themselves and the kids in a deliberate car crash. No homos women or men should be allowed to adopt kids as they already proven they are mentally screwy.
