Attorney General Merrick Garland, the nation’s chief law enforcement officer, claimed on Monday his department has not applied a double standard of justice to President Joe Biden’s classified document scandal after reportedly agreeing with Biden’s personal lawyers to hide the scandal from the American people.
“We do not have different rules for Democrats or Republicans, different rules for the powerful or the powerless, different rules for the rich and for the poor, we apply the facts, and the law in each case in a neutral, non-partisan manner,” Garland alleged to reporters during a press availability at Justice Department headquarters. “That is what we always do.”

DOJ possibly felt some embarrassment - after agreeing to assault Trump over docs, then hide Biden’s docs...only to have that blow up in their faces big time with the subsequent finding of docs scattered all over Bidenland.
Tucker Carlson pointed out last night that when the FBI finally searched one of Biden’s houses, they only searched some of the rooms—the ones Biden’s people gave them permission to search. Quite unlike the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago.
I guess we ALL missed the raid on Biden’s “unsecured” hiding places. Just the fact that attorneys were sorting BEFORE the election...tells me that Biden has been lying all along.

He doesn’t get to apply the law to Biden since Biden has yet to be impeached.

Sandy Berger stuffed classified documents down his pants. He had to pay $50,000 and do community service.
That seems like a slap on the wrist to me. I’m sure it was because he was Clinton’s guy.
Damage is already done to the DOJ - the only step Garland could take now to BEGIN restoring DOJ rep is confess to poor, overly-partisan leadership and resign immediately.
He's not even a good liar, despite an uninterrupted history of doing so.
I wouldn’t expect him to say anything else.
