WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden informed Congress on Monday that he will end the twin national emergencies for addressing COVID-19 on May 11, as most of the world has returned closer to normalcy nearly three years after they were first declared.
The move to end the national emergency and public health emergency declarations would formally restructure the federal coronavirus response to treat the virus as an endemic threat to public health that can be managed through agencies’ normal authorities.

If ever there was an “emergency”, its significance had dropped to near zero, months if not a couple of years ago.

Correct. I printed the FDA EUA Regs from early 20. .. we were lied to from trump to Fauci. Abuse of power, unless… they met the requirements.
So someone needs to come clean on what really happened. Did they or did they not meet the requirements for the authorization of EUAs?
Since they have never come clean, my guess is abuse of power which is exactly what masking, travel restrictions, unless you were a syrian, bans against assembly, unless you were burning down cities, endless covid cash to stay home and do nothing. And mail in ballots… trumps biggest gift to tyrannists everywhere for perpetual power and control.

That's why President Biden is ending the state of emergency. And there's nothing that the Supreme Court can do about it. The borders will be wide open.
