Nothing in the article about zinc being part of treatment. Ivermectin was to help the body absorb the zinc - when this became less available due to the rush on ivermectin, there were articles about using quercetin as an alternative to the ivermectin.

So this is inconsistent with other articles about how helpful ivermectin was said to be in treatment.

With all due respect you are thinking of hydroxychloroquin (sp?) or HCQ. That is a zinc ionophore.

IVM has a different mechanism of action.

FWIW - there are good studies that show that quercetin (a nutritional supplement) is also a pretty effective zinc ionophore if HCQ is not available.
