Looks like Selma is about 85% with at least one Hispanic parent. Less than 1% black. Victor David Hanson lives and farms very near there, and has described in detail growing up as a minority there.

Kingsburg, about five miles north of Selma, was once a mostly Swedish town and still has a Swedish veneer, although most of the Swedes have apparently moved on.

Many Armenians used to live in the area. An Armenian woman that I knew, who passed away recently, grew up in Selma in the middle of the last century.
