I was at a gun a show a couple years ago and there was a black guy carrying around an AR pistol. He looked like a teenager but I assume he was of legal age and I also assume he had it checked before coming in, but he was swinging it around like a toy with no respect at all. I kept telling myself, he has the same rights as I do. And I kept telling myself that over and over.

The most noteworthy sight of openly carrying here in S.E. Michigan was at a local Meijer store in the vegetable area. It was a bearded Sikh gentleman about 6'4', wearing the traditional white turban and a to the ankles white gown with sandals.

Around his waist was a thick black belt and a large holstered handgun. I would estimate the size of a Sig P-226.....

I don't mean this in a derogatory way but that guy and his size and clothing made him as conspicuous as a black man at a KKK rally...........LOL!
