Off the top of my head I don’t recall all the details. They were being spied on. They were simply going to a meeting. They were unarmed.
Who says he ‘sped up’ to ‘ram’ a roadblock? The same people who shot him. All you’ll get if you search on-line is pretty much filtered to give the gov’t’s account.

He did not have his hands up (hands up don’t shoot meme) when he was shot. The video is not clear enough to see if it looked like he was reaching. All he had to do was raise his hands and keep them raised and not move.
Saying so doesn’t make itso. From the video he appears to be a victim of cop over reaction triggered I suppose , because they believed they were dealing with a dread ‘white nationalist terrorist’. This man seems to be victim of cop stupidity. In what way was he either a patriot or a hero and how was his foolish death a death for freedom? Serious questions. If the police set a road block up around the corner on a curve on a road that they have shut down and know that it is the only route from where the person is departing to where they are going I would call it entrapment.

I don’t think he ‘drove at them.’ They were on a dark country road & it was an ambush. They didn’t just put up a roadblock where it could be clearly seen. Everything done was essentially deliberately done to allow violence on the part of the LEO’s. He was alone outside of the car, putting his hands up, & he was shot in the back.

Right, and when he threatened the police during one of his mouth-off sessions that had nothing to do with the actual land issue, he showed the police exactly where he kept his gun and said he wouldn’t be taken alive. They tried to peacefully arrest him, he fled. Tried to run the road block, got stuck.
Got out of the car, ran around a bit in the snow like an idiot, then stopped and then started to raise his hands. Then his right hand moved toward the known location his pistol. That was the last of his many mistakes.

You seriously need to learn to NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ. I remember this KILLING clearly. There’s video out there both from drones and from inside LaVoy’s vehicle. You can do some limited search and find it. He had STOPPED HIS VEHICLE and, following orders, exited his vehicle. He did have a handgun on him but it was in his pocket and he wasn’t reaching for it. This stop was part of a planned assassination.
